That looks pretty nice and all, but even getting the master book seems like it'll be a pain. Is there a fresh rotation for that, that doesn't involve the ilvl70 head or primary, seeing as I don't have those yet?I think this is what you're after:

It has details on off hand melds too, that are 'required' for the three star Craftsmanship and Control requirements.

You know what's so overpowered in this game, that they just HAD to leave out?
-Buffing during cutscenes.
-Pets receiving the Protect buff.
-A blacklist with more than a 200 player capacity.
-Filtering the flying text for your own numbers.
-A better way to organize and sort through your macros.
One tip to get your Artisan's Spectacles is to get the Culinarian master book first, as the mats are FAR cheaper. You can then buy / craft HQ mats for the test item (Spicy Relish) to have a good chance of HQ even without melding your CUL gear. Once you have 10 you can get the Specs and return to focussing on your primary craft.
I saw this tip when I was at your stage and it worked brilliantly. I probably made about 10-15 useless NQ Spicy Relish in getting the 10 HQ ones, but as the mats were so cheap it really didn't matter.
Edit: Sorry, obviously need CUL to 50 for this to work.

Get your Culinarian to 50, fully meld your Culinarian and get the Culinarian book. Culinarian is the one craft you will always find a use for in food synthesis so fully melding it is beneficial. You can use Culinarian to get your Artisan's Spectacles since the materials are very cheap and the book is the cheapest and easiest. Use the rotation I linked you to to guarantee HQing all 60 of your Relishes. You'll then have your Artisan's Spectables and your Artisan Frypan. From there you can use the rotation at your discretion to finish the rest off.
I'm sorry, it seems the poster above said pretty much the same thing! I feel silly.![]()
No problem
I was making the point that you don't have to meld the Culinarian gear to do this, so long as HQ Culinarian mats are sufficiently cheap on your server. You can use food to get to 2-star minimum stats (prob Rolanberry Cheesecake) and then just spam Spicy Relish with HQ mats until you have 10 and can get the Specs. This is exactly how I did it when I got my first max melded class (Weaver).
I'm not saying getting Culinarian to 3-star is any way a bad thing, just that it's not needed to get the Specs if you want to focus on another craft first.
