If you watched the E3 interviews, or have paid attention to the controversy a while back surrounding the China release of WoW Wrath of the Lich King its due to an issue of censorship, they're likely not exclusive bosses/enemies but different models.

I wonder how things like Manor, CT, and other "undead" areas will look like after the model nerf.
