I love that there is no more fatigue. But sadly by the numbers per hour being down it means ranking up was nerfed.
Yeah I will obviously deal with it. I already am. It's the only choice I have. But the point is we were lied to whether on purpose or by an oversight.
Wow... this QQ-ness is still... QQing?! I'm so glad I spend most of the free time I have to play video games actually ENJOYING playing the game! It must be a gift, and if only I could share it with people like you! *sniff*
...the only viable option. Yeah, I can make up junk statements too, look! This is what he said "I don’t want there to be a huge loss of skill points imposed for dying, or for players to have to grind 5–6 hours a day for 8 months to get to the high ranks. "
It may not be for 8 months but we will now have to do exactly that. Grind groups were very rare before the patch and now it's the only viable option.
The moon is made out of cheese!
I can see Russia from my house!
Michael Jackson is still alive!
If you're only interested in obtaining the highest ranks overnight go play WoW or Rift or some other non-RPG MMO where the highest levels/ranks are not earned but yet are handed to you on a silver platter. All you've done is pissed and moaned over a much needed re-balancing of this game, and statements from the producer which you obviously have either taken way too literally or completely out of context.
I was getting 5k SP bonus at end of leve, I like the change its not on EZ mode any more.
Save the Earth. It's the only planet with video games.
Viable as in the best SP/hour. There are many other ways to get SP but post-patch grinding parties are currently the fastest option.
I have not pissed or moaned I have merely repeated countless times a simple truth. I took the statements exactly as he meant them. The context was the process of ranking up. SP gains were lowered, the process has been slowed down, ranking up process has been nerfed. How difficult is that to understand? All you've done is pissed and moaned over a much needed re-balancing of this game, and statements from the producer which you obviously have either taken way too literally or completely out of context.

Who is this Donkey ?? lmao
He never said what you're asserting anyways. You were reading between the lines and horribly failing at it. Either way your point has been completely invalidated several ways. This thread is basically posters countering your failed opinion.
Take this from quote from the Letter from the Producer XII for instance:
He CLEARLY states what was intended in very plainly and this is exactly what we got. A vast majority of the community agrees with this change. Sorry you don't. However its not nearly as dramatic as you feel it is.In light of guildleves’ repositioning as solo-oriented content, leve link bonuses will be reduced. To make up for this reduction, skill points will be added as a new reward for the benefit of solo adventurers.
At the same time, the objectives of certain guildleves will be adjusted in order to accommodate a system in which difficulty and completion time influence your reward. For example, completing a high-difficulty levequest in a short amount of time will yield greater rewards. Through this we hope to encourage skillful adventuring.
In addition to guildleves, sidequests will also be made to yield skill points upon completion, thus providing players with more avenues for advancement.
Calling Yoshida a liar when you clearly lack any form or reading comprehension is in fact 'Pissing and moaning'I have not pissed or moaned I have merely repeated countless times a simple truth. I took the statements exactly as he meant them. The context was the process of ranking up. SP gains were lowered, the process has been slowed down, ranking up process has been nerfed. How difficult is that to understand?
