Yoshi has already commented there will be skill adjustments for PvP, for both PvE-original skills and PvP-specific skills. So I thought we could talk about what changes we wanted to see. These are just a few things I would like to see adjusted:
WAR/MRD
The skill "Holmgang" no longer binds the caster.
The skill "Berserk" no longer has the Pacification effect after skill effect ends.
PLD
The skill "Cover" now calculates damage taken by the PLD using the PLD's defense rating instead of the target's defense rating.
The skill "Hallowed Ground" now takes effect immediately, not after a 2-seconds animation.
DRG
The skills "Dragonfire Dive" and "Spineshatter Dive" now inflict the effect of Bind, not Stun.
MNK
The skill "Shoulder Tackle" now inflicts the effect of Bind, not Stun.
The skill "Arm of the Destroyer" now has a 5 second CD in PvP.
The skill "Blood for Blood" has the damage inflicted on caster penalty decreased to +10%.
BRD
The skill "Blunt Arrow" now takes effect immediately, not after a 2-seconds animation.
The skill "Blood for Blood" has the damage inflicted on caster penalty decreased to +10%.
The skill "Shadowbind" has it's duration increased to 20 seconds in PvP.
BLM
The skill "Equanimity" is no longer available.
SMN
The skill "Equanimity" is no longer available.
The skills "Fester" and "Bane" are now subject to Diminishing Returns, each subsequent cast has effectiveness reduced by 50% on a 60 seconds timer.
The cooldown of "Aetherflow" is increased to 120 seconds in PvP.
SCH
The skill "Bane" is now subject to Diminishing Returns, each subsequent cast has effectiveness reduced by 50% on a 60 seconds timer.
The cooldown of "Aetherflow" is increased to 120 seconds in PvP.
The pets "Eos" and "Selene" can now have their casting interrupted on physical damage.
The skill "Leeches" can now be casted immediately on the target.
WHM
The skill "Esuna" can now be casted immediately on the target.
The skill "Benediction" now takes effect immediately, not after a 2-seconds animation.
