I had to find this out for myself. So I decided to share this information with the community so it may help others.
A one press focus cc (crowd control) macro.
If you have played World of Warcraft or similar games in pvp it is crucial to get off that CC and to save time people invented focus macros that set a target (the person you want to lock down for a bit) and the same button will cast your skill at them, without changing your current target.
This is great for the Playstation as mouseovers without the use of a gaming mouse are horrible to use and really lack any use, in my opinion, in the pvp world.
So the macro is like this:
/macroiocon SKILLNAME
/target <f>
/focustarget
/ac SKILLNAME <f>
/targetlasttarget
It is used by first selecting your target to sleep/bind and pressing the skill. Even if you are not in range it will set the target as your focus. Great for arenas when you first start. When your team is ready to pop their cooldowns and attempt to burn down someone you start the CC chain by simply pressing the same macro button again. It will still keep your main target your main target there is no need to retarget. It changes so fast that you can only see targets flash in difference. Generally this is used on healers so they cannot heal who you are attacking. While focused the sleep time shows on the target so you can easily recast again to keep the target out of the game for three full casts until diminishing returns kick in. Always best to get them to use their "trinket" "get out of jail free" here, purify. Get them to use purify and by stun locking them or so, and when you know it is down then you can easily keep them locked down for nearly one minute, plenty of time for an entire team to take on one player.
You can even add in /ac swiftcast <wait.1> before the /ac skill to give them no chance to see it coming.
Enjoy!
