The whm explained the "best" rotation to which the guy said "I play the way I want"
And would not take any friendly advice given, going so far that he started insulting and trying to wipe us by messing with mobs.

Someone who doesnt know how to play his char right? Its okay, untill its not the reason for wipes.

Keep in mind that there is always someone better then you and you are a baddie to someone else....

If the person is doing things, that makes him look like a baddie its okay, but no one really thinks that someone is a baddie just because hes doing less dmg then someone else, even trough hes doing everything right.

Let me explain more clearly 4 u.

Every1 has the right to play the game the way they want. They can cause there paying monthly.

In OP case from what i understand. BLM wasn't creating any issues he/she was still attacking just wasn't playing the Job how some people would believe it should be played.

IS that a problem, no. If every1 was dieing to a point that no one could get past 1 bosses or a certain part of a level, yes that would suck a little. But its nothing to be pissed of about or to get rude.

U gave an extreme example unbelievable to be correct. Like i said, if it has worked before good for u. Doesn't matter ether a DPS or a Tank. I don't see how that is double standards. Every1 has the right to play how they want. Dose it suck when some people do this? to u it might but for me it doesn't. This just means that i have to be on point with my job, i wont get upset. At the end of the day that's life. U deal with it & U move on.

Imagine how much of a burden they'll be in fights that aren't actually built to be facerolled when you let them delude themselves into thinking they can play like a child slapping their keyboard. There's playing how you want and then there's someone being a burden because they're playing what's meant to be a team game with a solo "me me me" attitude.

Actually had a HM Hard last night like this. The summoner was doing SO bad that his pet was contributing more than he was. Combined with standing in mechanics too often on the final boss I made the decision that he was more of a burden than a help to the fight so simply stopped healing him and took the time I was wasting on him to flip into cleric stance and keep dots running (playing SCH).

If it was his 1st 50 and he was fresh 50 or something sure but it wasn't and he wasn't he was simply being lazy.

I did a Copperbell Hard right after with some FC members where the whm fell exactly into this category. Explained each fight as simply as possible and we did fine. Died a couple times sure but as the WHMs 1st 50 and 1st hard mode she listened and did what I, the more experienced player, told her to do..


^ one of these is a good player. Regardless of their performance. One of these is not and did nothing but make the group suffer.

So I ran AK today as High Duty roulette.

Are you me? I think we ran into the same BLM or the same type of person. Here was their rotation:

fire1 > fire2 > fire3 > fire3 > blizzard 1 > blizzard 2 > blizzard 3 > blizzard 3

I asked the BLM why not start with fire 3 to get all of their fire stacks and they sniped "This is how I play"

I told him "you enjoy that" and we went on our way. The dungeon was slow as Thal's Balls but it irritates me that people don't have common sense.
