Let me explain more clearly 4 u.
Every1 has the right to play the game the way they want. They can cause there paying monthly.
In OP case from what i understand. BLM wasn't creating any issues he/she was still attacking just wasn't playing the Job how some people would believe it should be played.
IS that a problem, no. If every1 was dieing to a point that no one could get past 1 bosses or a certain part of a level, yes that would suck a little. But its nothing to be pissed of about or to get rude.Yes he created no problems at all.... Or they where wrong in giving advice to someone that don't know how to play his class? And would not take any friendly advice given, going so far that he started insulting and trying to wipe us by messing with mobs.
meh no point in really arguing ove rmin/maxin gat least here save that for blm forums.
over a period of 2 fire cycles/3 fire2 cycles. If you only get 1 fs proc and no ts procs then an aoe rotation is stronger on 2 mobs, however math and odds say you should get at least 2 making it stronger for 2 mobs, and slightly less to slightly higher with just depending on rng 3. swifcast flair is still part of this rotation. Yes our single target does suck but not that bad.

Would have kicked him as fast as i could. He can play as he wants in a single player game. I don't care if he pay because we all do, you waste 3/7/23 people time with smashing his head on the keyboard. Hate those kind of people xD.
It'a not single target that suck. It's good AOE that rock. Single target rotation with perfect random generator it's not at par with AOE rotation on 2 targets. If you are lucky and get more procs than you should get i'm happy for youmeh no point in really arguing ove rmin/maxin gat least here save that for blm forums.

Honestly, I wish there was an option to give negative commendations at the end of a dungeon. Make it so the offending player only receives a single down vote if 3/4 of those in party all give em one. With down votes could come popups and extended tutorials. Stuff to genuinely help a player improve.
I would say create some simple 1 man DFs that teach specific skills (how to hold hate, how to use basic rotations etc) at adjustable levels (30, 40, 50). I know the game basically already has this in place with quests as we level up, but most of those can be blitzed and forgotten... I mean somewhere a player can brush up or practice certain skills at appropriate difficulty. For example, 30ish tank could be a brayflox-esque mob that the tank simply has to keep on them for like 1 minute. Put some npcs around that will die super fast if they get aggro, and have em spam spells or whatever. If x die, you lose.
With enough down votes, players could be forced to complete specific ones.
I remember running toto-rak one time. The tank would do nothing but use rage of Halone. Which in addition to being ineffective was extremely irritating as it makes a rather loud succession of noises every time it's activated. We couldn't kick the tank at the time and none of us wanted to spend another hour in the duty finder (nor did any of us have the time) and when the tank was asked to consider using a basic rotation he abrasively refused... So what ended up happening is I stopped healing him like he was the main tank, asked the lancer to try to hold aggro and coordinated sleeps with the black mage to make the pulls more manageable (The lancer did an astounding job given the circumstances and he should be proud of himself).
The point of the story is that because the main tank 'played the way he wanted' the lancer did not get to play the way he wanted, and his alternative option was not to play at all. Nor was I too thrilled at having to do a ton of extra work trying to keep a three man + liability party alive. What you're proposing is not entirely fair to everyone.
also the ability to carry people like this ends around brayflox's longstop.
If they're being a burden instead of helpful, and knowingly don't change, then let them know the entire party expects more.
If they refuse to improve, vote kick and replace with someone from the 98% of the game who likes playing in a helpful way.
If the vote kick doesn't work, you're wasting potential hours of your life on people being silly. Eat penalty, go craft or do beast dailies or something, try again.
All else fails and you've got time, try out your own "new playstyle", go full blown PLD healer or WHM tank or BLM melee.
Dumb people are everywhere. Don't try and fix them. Just smile and move on.
Your freedom end where other's freedom start
Pay for a game don't give you the right to ruin the game to other ppl
And this is true in all ways
elitist can't be elitist when they enter DF and ppl that can't do a content can't enter elitist's party and whine if they get kicked after wasting the party's member time
arent you full of yourself.. might want to take a good look in the mirror and see if you dont fall into the category of those very people that insult berate and demeant players that arent as good as them or supposedly not as good as them,
Keep in mind that there is always someone better then you and you are a baddie to someone else....
