Sandstorm animation glitch in Thanalan

Thanalan is having weather/sky glitch during sandstorms.

Steps:
1: Wait a sandstorm start. It will often have glitches where the animation just vanish and reapperar randomly like if it was with a bug in the animation loop.
2: Wait sandstorm stop in Broken Water. The sky will become glitched, with clouds disappearing or having erratic movement.
