J'moldva won't die! Gladiator R30 quest

Steps:
Accepted the quest from the Gladiator's guild and went to Gridania.
Talked to the lady on the Adventurer's Guild Counter, went to the Lancer's Guild, talked to the lady on the Lancer's Guild counter and started the fight event.
Took out all her HP and more but she wouldn't die.
I got stuck on the instance, couldn't leave at all and she wouldn't die, so I had to kill myself and Return.
This happened twice now.
