Most of the accounts is probably RMT. I'm guessing Goblin is one of the biggest RMT servers. During the evening its not unreasonable to get 3-5 spam messages within a couple minutes. Also, in evening at most you're looking at about 9-11 PF groups and most seem to be myth speed runs. So take that for what it is worth, but from what I've heard its not much compared to other servers. Its a medium to slight below server most likely.
