Hey i know for a fact that i bought the BlazefireSabor on the realm Anima when the event was going but when i transferd to Midgarsomar i cant remember when I lost it it was not in my inventory or my armory and i was wondering if you guys can make a one time exception to giving me the sword back because i literally farmed that event for every little item due to the fact that Lightning is my favorite character. and due to not having this item that i know I got is all ready starting to make me lose fun in the game. Also this was my very first event in this game so it means alot to me.

This doesn't' appear to be a bug, but simply either a mistake on you part or an over sight. In this case to attempt to recover the item you should be using the in-game GM service for this.

However if you never actually completed the event, or received the item in the first place, then they're unlikely to assist you.

Go to System > Support Desk > Ask a Question.

Bear in mind item-restorations are a one-time service, so choose wisely.

Have you also tried the Calamity Salvager npcs found in each city? In a patch earlier in the year they were altered to provide quested and event items for resale that you had already attained but lost (for instance, accidentally throwing away). As the Blazefire Saber was event gear, it's likely when you purchased it during the event it 'flagged' it in your inventory, hence it would then be available for purchase again at the Calamity Salvager. This is an assumption on my part though as I've never used them before. Look for a npc wearing a distinctive grey and red tunic and the name 'Calamity Salvager'.

Did you check your armiorie at the inn. You may have put it in there

I cheeked everything and the in game GM'S always told me to come here every time T-T

Unfortunately the Lightning gear is not available for repurchase from the salvager like all the other event gear
