looking for a SCoB static wed-sat

I am looking for a Company/static that sets the bar high, a group of ppl that will allow me a chance to challenge myself. I am not looking for a carry! I have been failing at everything from 2flox-T6 via PF, However I know I am not at fault (I never mess up mechanics: Blighted/Honey glaze/tethers/devour/ect). I dont mind spending hours wiping while learning a new fight/mechanics as long as there is some form of progression. I just need a chance and opportunity to demonstrate my determination, skill, and consistency.

Aviability:
Wed-Thurs: 4pm-11:00pm EST Fri-Sat: 9pm-4am EST Cannot commit to Sun-Tues due to Work.

PC Specs:
custom built. i5 processor, 8 GB ram, Windows 8.1 OS, AMD Radeon HD 6870 Black edition video card, 130 GB solidstate drive for gaming TB slavedrive for storage. Fiber optic internet with 20 Mb/s DL speeds

Main: BRD i97
Other/Alt: SMN i93, PLD i90, WHM i91, SCH i89, 3star CUL, 2star WVR, 2star GSM, 2star LTW, FSH

I understand that due to my inexperience in T7+ you may think I am not as skilled, adaptable, or up to standards. I just transferred due to my inability to clear content with pugs and being shut down on every application for static placement due to my inexperience or availability (sometimes both)
I know that I am an exceptional player, I learn extremely fast and adapt to new methods and mechanics in a way to not slow or halt group progression.
Every T6 group fails either in phase 2 or right into phase 3, but I have been in many groups that pushed past the 2nd leafstorm and I have seen every method and I know I can clear with absolutely no issues on my part.
I have read many articles, guides, and forum post on T7-8 as well as watched many videos, while I study the mechanics I also look into other methods.
I am in need of a static of other skilled/experienced players, preferably one that has t6 on farm and either working on T7 or 8. I can promise I wont be a carry or a problem.
