Don't bother put them all in INT. You will lose ~50HP on physick and ~40HP on adlo from the 30 MND. Your SMN will make better use of those points than SCH.
That said if you want to get into a static as SCH and not SMN then switch the points to MND.
Yeah dont do this.If you've put all of your bonus points under intelligence like people tell you to...the scholar part of arcanist is going to have more work keeping up the heals. I would suggest buying the conversion parchment from the grand company. Reset at least 15-18 of the total into mind. It will gimp the summoner a bit but not so much as to make them unusable.
You can offset the rest with intelligence enhanced gear when playing summoner.
Never put 15int/15mnd all you do is gimp both.
One could argue the 30 int for the SMN is more important then the 30 MND for the SCH. You dont gain as much raw healing from it, and the SCH is more about timly heals/debuffs/buffs then it is about raw healing. I can heal T6-8 just fine in on my i90 SCH that is all Myth/Allagan gear and 30 points into INT.
I don't suggest level 2 char, in long run, disadvantages should be more than advantages.
unless you have 2 se accounts and you can play them simultaneously. ^^;
If you really think you'll be playing both SMN/SCH equally, on equally challenging content, then I suggest +30 INT, and don't worry about the MND loss (you really won't notice it tbh....you'll just get use to your own curing potency and learn to manage your skills/MP etc from there).
Keep in mind: This is the first and currently, only, 1 class=2 jobs role out there. And the main reason SE opted for Arcanist to be a 'branch' Class first was to be able to give us the pet dps they promised, while introducing the healer role we needed. SE knew full well, that if all things were equal (like queue times), more players would probably opt to be SMN's over SCH's and so they designed the Class and it's jobs to work in such a way that you really can switch back and forth between the two roles without too much stress. SE wanted people who main SMN, to be able to anytime they desired, switch over to SCH and do a Duty Roulette etc. and be a viable SCH (as again, SE knew the game needed more healers/people willing to heal content), So many of SCH's abilities just simply either aren't very gimped by +30 int. To be really frank, if you're worried about it, stack +Crit when and where you can to compensate as SCH's abilities shine best when +Crits happen (cosy, cosy shields)
Still....if you are a BiS/Min-Max type of gamer, You'll need to pick SMN or SCH, +30 the appropriate stat and stick with it. Also, if you find you've gone months without playing SMN....I'd also suggest swapping the +INT to +MND, because it's silly to gimp yourself if you don't have a reason (playing SMN often).

Like what? Getting clears more than once? Unless you need to pay for every clear you get there's no way that's true.
Only disadvantage I've ever had in running 2 characters is missing chat log logging from one to the other.I wasn't speaking from theory, I was speaking from practice.
Oh and for some reason at least my PC really doesn't like running 2 at a time. I did that with me and my roommate's character while he still played and everything chugged. My PC runs about 10x the minimum benchmark score to run the game, actually probably closer to 15x considering I'm using lower settings and tested 15k ish on the benchmark.
And anyway, things are too quick to make effective use of 2 characters really, unless you run a bot on the 2nd.

For examples,
you can make a pt when soloing Alex. map, another character just standing there as an insurance.
you can set your SCH follow your SMN then can run low level roulette for both simultaneously.
However, I wasn't speaking from practice, I was speaking from theory. ^^;
Yeah for stuff like that I run both SCH and SMN on either character. It's more serious content that gimping yourself by not having 2 matters more. Also the double soldiery, roulette bonuses etc.
As far as duo'ing alex maps for safety I have no problem getting help, haven't gotten to the point of alex maps myself yet but from what I've been told even the stuff people are complaining about are really soloable. I'd get someone else more in case I 90k'd, which would generally happen on both characters when I did have 2 running.
