    Healing with Cleric Stance ON

Many times I've seen white mages and scholars healing with their Cleric Stance ON. Most of them forgot to turn it off so they just need a gentle reminder.

BUT! When I remind them to turn it off, some of them told me "I'm attacking" and carry on using Cure, Cure II, and Medica II. And the tank's HP just keeps dropping. O_O?

Maybe it would help remind healers if Cleric Stance gives the user a red glow or smth around them, like an aura of sorts.

    P/S:
    Instance: Moogle hard mode
Healers: scholar wearing AF1, whitemage wearing soldiery gear(cleric stance)
Tank's condition: MT at 50% hp, OT at 40% hp
    DPS' condition: 3 were at 60%, 1 at 80%
My reminder: (person's name) (auto-translate function Cleric Stance)

If you're doing any non speed-run duty finder, then i'm perfectly capable of healing/dpsing with switching up between Cleric stance on & off. (older dungeons never need to have it turned off)

Nowadays its only worth complaining about if its wiping groups to be honest.

I believe the complaint is that the healer stayed in cleric's stance, and didn't switch to non-cleric's for cures.

lol. that was my case the other day we got the same healer or what ?.. I asked him to switch as a tank as my HP was falling and falling and no healing or little was coming my way and the answer was : my cleric stance allows me to heal better....the guy had a ilvl80 and relic weapon....so I kept dying since I was in a dunjon that was my level and I was undergeared as I didnt yet got any drops to the corresponding level ...

Nothing you can do with those...and not even worth arguing lol

TC is saying that that the healer said he was DPSing, however all he did was keep healing with Cleric Stance on, despite him not actually attacking.

A red aura when in cleric would be a nice touch. The game needs visual touches for buffs/debuffs on our characters. Why don't we have the classic poison animation above our heads when poisoned, for example?

Yup! Many times I've seen Paladins forget to switch oath and thus losing aggro.

I would agree on visual effects for when it comes to stance abilities (meaning, those abilities that do not turn off until you re-use them or die); like Oaths, Fists of X, Cleric Stance, etc. But I would not recommend adding a visual effect for EVERY buff in the game. I have already so many filters up to prevent my eyes from going blind with all the lights (especially Blizzard III, ugh). Shiny buff glows would make characters look like walking disco balls if every buff had an aura or balloon effect.

To be fair, I think the name is misleading. I think Cleric I think Healer. Even now when I play my White Mage it feels counter-intuitive switching to Cleric's Stance to DPS. It'd be far clearer if there was a healing and DPS'ing stance in much the same way Monks have a damage mitigation and damage dealing stance.
