    sp was definately NOT doubledm it was however around a 30% boost

    maybe it is different depending on what rank you are. I'm at r20 and it went up way more than thirty percent. If not doubled, then at least 80% increase... but maybe that is just for around my rank.

    that may be possible, imposible for me to test since all my stuff is 40+
