Alright Vedis, we all bow down to your incredible skill. We're all impressed at how easy a time you're having, and we're all sure that you'd no doubt prefer ogres to roam there instead to give you a challenge. You've posted in this thread stating that you've found a way to not get eaten by the monsters, but other than giving advice about Iron Lake (which many of my friends are claiming is nigh-on impossible to farm at in Lindblum), you haven't really said much. Instead of being sarcastic and mocking of everyone here who actually is having a hard time gathering, maybe you could help instead. Post the pointers and tips you've posted elsewhere into this thread maybe.

The fact remains that many are finding it impossible to do their chosen job. All we want is a dev response on what they plan on doing, if anything. 1.19 is coming and with it the (sorta) promise of new stealth skills or something along those lines. The main issue right now is that without those skills, which should really have been put in at the same time as the new mob placement, gathering is for many an impossible task.

Please don't take this as an attack on your person. This thread has so far stayed relatively civil, and I'm hoping it can stay that way until we get some sort of response, if we ever do. If we don't, we can use it to spread ideas and pointers on how not to become aggro meat. We're all gatherers after all. The world looks down on us and condemns us for being lunatics, when the truth is that we're all just really really patient.

ive now spent 5+ hours at iron lake without seeing a single raptor, and people are still saying its unfarmable?

now hala...yeah the deathstroke assassins were annoying, i think i could live with not hitting the 1 node that may spawn amongst antlions, but 2 spots makes it hard
and ive heard treespeak is pretty bad

but lets face facts, people are saying its imposible, and im the counter arguement to that, people are saying the raptors stop them from mining there, well i wanna know how thats even possible when the raptors are at the extreme edge of the mining zone?
