Ressurect, Raise, Raise II, and Rebirth animations

It would be hard for me to accept a raise animation with feathers since that animation comes out of the fact you are using phoenix downs, which aren't in xiv.

Off the top of my head, they used white angel feathers for Life and Life 2 (Raise and Arise) in FFVIII and I think in Tactics but it's been awhile since I've played that one.

And they used red phoenix feather as the animation for Phoenix Downs FFVI.

But yeah, any animation for the Raise spells would be helpful(and nice to see too).
