It's not complex.
If you know your cure will replace 1/4 blue bar, then do that when 1/4 blue bar is down. Then make more red bars go down until you need to make that 1/4 blue bar go up again.

Yeah sure. All great healers just stare at the HP bars and cast cure 1 / 2 depending on how much of the bar has just went down.
