Picture Request Thread (For your character)

Of course, there is no obligation and we do it (or at least I do) for fun, because I enjoy drawing stupid stuff like when I added a drunk Gramul on someone else's sketch or my early jokes about sailor moon keepers xD

If it takes so long for me to draw it's mainly because when I'm back home I just jump on my bed, turn on FF and lazy around till I have nothing to do, when that happens I might take my note book and doodle someone's mug, sometimes i draw a lot in a row sometimes I don't draw for days and even weeks when I just don't feel like it.
Sometimes I skip people because I think that someone else can do a better job than me on this one or because I'm not the only person taking request or just because I just don't feel like drawing xD

So yeah, it will take the time it will take but as far as I'm concerned, politeness boosts my morale, even more if you add some details about what you want like Xxaral with her Ifrit.
But know that when I see people who just post pics without saying anything or without an ounce of "respect" toward our artist for the job they did and the job they'll do for you, even if they didn't meant it that way at all, it's like my motivation took a meteor rain in its face :/

Anyway, enough ranting, look forward for the next session

Haha, it wasn't really a big deal for me! I didn't lose anything! Besides, I really enjoyed looking at everyone's styles, and the images being made

It's not a question of proper format xD
It's just that you just posted your pic without at least some form of "could you draw me please" (some just posted their screen without saying a single word so don't worry, there's no need to apologize xD) it's not that big of a problem but it sure feels awkward, besides, it's not like we're gonna refuse you or torture you until you say please xD

Anyway don't worry you will have your sketch :3
(... don't be so formal, I feel like a total d*ck now for using you as an example >_<)
(On a side not, your first screen already gave me nice ideas so it's too late now muwahahahahhahahha x3)

Weeeell if my memory is not wrong, you were next on line after our ninja like lalafriend so your's will come today (I could check but I just woke up and too lazy to do so) (plus I said I'm tempted, not that I do it xD it's hard but I still try as much as I can to respect the order in which people requested their mug to be drawn :3)

Soooo after holding the monopoly over [Chiken and Mushroom] in Phoenix like I was Eorzea's KFC's colonel Kentucky for 8h, I finally let prices go down and started to work properly xD

Though I completely agree with "your not obligated" to draw everyone in topics like this, but it still would make me feel bad if I skipped someone, like I am not being fair. One reason I really havent even actually touch this topic when I do artwork is fear of this plus the fear of all those I have turned down requesting free artwork from me when they contacted me outside of this site could come back to harass me on the fact I told them no but Im doing free art here lol. Another reason would be that I have pretty much converted to being a paid professional, so I feel like Im not allowed to do free work for others ;A; I do know once I go back to doing free work for others then I will slowly die off the being paid spectrum. @w@; lol now im just venting frustrations x.o

Don't worry about pressing, its normal to feel like that when the pace slows down a lot all of a sudden :3

I don't skip people, or at least try not to and when I notice it, I right my wrong, like with wildsprite.
Unfortunately your trouble is quite common among artists (professional ones I mean, not amateurs like me xD) some people ask for free stuff like it's totally normal for professional artists to work for free and people who do pay for your commissions are lurking for any kind of blunder to get another for free :S
I wish I had a solution for you :/

Anyway this might be a request thread but nothing stops us from talking about our daily worries or happy moments every now and then, that's how communities are made :3

alright so i finished your sketch kyan :3
i can't upload it yet tho(i'll do it later in the evening)
but just to tease you, i'll say this; it's something i rarely done before and it's the fact that you already made a beautiful sketch on your own that made me want to do this x)
i got my inspiration from a pretty famous artist (if you don't know his name you probably heard about one of his work) cookies to the one who'll finds who it is
