    As it is Ilvl sync and not lvl sync then there will be no gear twinking. The best gear to use will be which ever pieces are ilvl80+ and have the 2 secondary stats on that you want.

    For example for DRG any pieces with crit/det making the wyrms mail i90 the best to use in the body slot etc once have reached the frontal accuracy cap of around 370ish
