    You have three classes you can use to rank up your shield. The sp gained while fighting mobs on those other two classes should make up for the SP not gained by completing quests. I'm sure that's what they were thinking anyway.

    I would agree with you if SE didn't already admit forcing players to play a certain way was wrong of them.
