No it's actually the same. One loves the same gender, the other loves multiple people. One is starting to get slowly accepted into society... the other isn't yet! It's small minded thinking that's holding this back.

For all I know the OP could make this out of spite, but in reality it's not far from the truth.

I've always been curious about this.

Born? No, out of the question.

Influences? Highly Probable.

Is it normally a conscious choice? No.


To sumaraise every possible eventuality for every single person under one umbrella and saying "Social Engineering Does [X]" is equally as ridiculous as saying "Everyone like Cigarettes"
Every person was raised under different circumstances, different influences, a different mind-set, a different out look on everything. It's near impossible to pin it down to anything other than how the brain simply wires up in the end.

I'd personally disagree almost completely with social engineering being a "definitive" outcome, as my own scenario and up bringing would completely contradict that theory, through and through.

I'm just going to point out that trying to 'fix' gay usually ends in suicide, relapse or being caught in an airport bathroom with someone of the same gender shortly before resigning from your position as a republican senator
