    Imo, if it list GLA and PLD they should be able to need it. I'd post it in bug section.

    No point, its not a bug. Its not tank gear, so a tank can't need it. But its still a shield so they can equip it, that is all those class listing on gear is telling you, wo can equip it.

    Going by your opinion, any DoW would be able to Need on almost anything(including Mage gear_, regardless of being Tank or DPS, while any DoM would be able could Need on only Mage gear but with no difference between Healers or DPS.
