Thread Title:
You are unable to leave a dungeon if there is a monster you have once generated enmity on but you did not defeat, i.e. went up some stairs, teleported or used a zoneline to get to the next part of a dungeon. Even after beating the final boss and being done with the dungeon. Monsters do not lose enmity, especially in dungeons such as The Praetorium and you continue to be flagged as "in combat" throughout the entire dungeon unless you kill yourself.

Steps towards the problem:
Completed dungeon, got enmity on a monster earlier, couldnt use the exit to get out of the dungeon since the monster was still alive. Was only able to "fix" this by killing myself since you are unable to use Return now while in combat. If there wasnt still a monster left in the current area i was in that could still kill me, i would have been stuck since without Return i would not be able to traverse back and look up the monster that i generated enmity on so that it could kill me.
Steps towards the solution:
- Reinstate the ability to use Return/Teleport while in combat.
- Reinstate the ability to exit a dungeon while something still has enmity on you even if you are not actively in combat.
- Possibly make monsters forget about you and wipe enmity if they havent landed a hit on you in over a minute.
Reasoning
If i can outrun a monster to the exit, i deserve to be allowed to leave as long as it does not hit me or interrupt me. Even more so if it's something that isnt even near me. I can understand being allowed to leave through the duty window while in combat could be a bad thing, but the Entrance/Exit? That's harsh.
