    Mid screen text pop ups "Quest Accepted", area names, and quest progress info.

    I posted a thread like this a few months back but it seems to be gone now.

    About the large "FATE JOINED" "QUEST ACCEPTED" and area name notifications that pop up in the middle of our screens.

    I feel these notifications clutter my screen up too much. Can we please have the option to adjust the size and location of these pop ups?

    I'd like to see options to;

    1. make these notifications smaller and move them off to the side

    2. Have them appear in only my chat log

    3. Turn them off completely

    Also Would like to be able to turn off the corresponding music clips that play with these notifications.

    Thank You.

    I totally agree with this! Those are SO annoying! I do a lot of leve quests lately and every time I turn in the leves and trying to accept new ones I have this HUGE ugly message "Quest Completed" blocking my view for several seconds - it makes my blood boil

    The "Quest Accepted/Quested Completed" messages bother you, but not the "Light Party/Full Party" when forming a party or messages or the area names when moving between areas? Or do all these messages annoy you? Perhaps if you could elaborate on exactly why you find these messages troublesome? How are they disrupting your game play/experience?

    I would have no problem with allowing an option to disable these things, it's just I've never found them intrusive to the point where I feel they should be disabled completely.

    Having both HUGE letters and a loud fanfare telling me about every Supply/Provisioning mission I turn in is really over the top as well, (much the same as the leves HEC mentioned). I don't mind the area names as much (both since those are smaller and at least sometimes useful information), but still support that their position should be configurable.

    I think each of these HUD elements should be added to the HUD Layout settings, where we could get the same control over them as we have over things like the duty list or mini-map. They could still use their current size and position as an initial default, but let us adjust them.

    Somewhat off-topic, but some other things I think belong in that HUD Layout settings are the chat box and dialog window. The chat box we can resize, but not move. The dialog window we can move but not resize. (And moving the dialog window counts only on open-world conversations. In cutscenes it always goes back to covering the middle of the screen. That should be fixed as well.)

    The "LIGHT PARTY" and "FULL PARTY" bother me too. The reasons why each type of pop-up bother me are as follows;

    FATE JOINED:
    I have been traveling the open world, enjoying the areas soundtrack, with no intention of joining a fate and then I'll get that huge glowing pop-up in the middle of me screen along with the FATE music that I have heard since lvl 10 when I first started doing FATES... The pop-up is redundant. The FATE is marked on my map and FATE mobs have a special icon next to their name.

    LIGHT PARTY/FULL PARTY:
    I can see my party list, and can count how many players are in it. The pop-up just obstructs my view of what I'm doing.

    QUEST ACCEPTED/QUEST COMPLETE:
    Grinding crafting leves back and forth from the leve counter to the destination, the pop-up and music clip becomes quite annoying to me. The QUEST ACCEPTED pop-up takes a moment to fade and blocks my view of the description of other leves I may or may not want to flag. Hearing the same music clip rather that the city music makes me want to mute the game.

    The small area name pop-up in the middle of the screen:
    This is the lease annoying pop-up but I think I should have a placement option. I would like to place it next to my mini-map. Although running around my home city that I'm familiar with, the constant pop-ups are redundant.

    I'm also not much of a fan of the pop-up that tells you when you've sold something on the market (the info shows up in my chat log already) but it's something I can avoid by placing my stuff on the market before I log off, which is what I usually do anyway.

    A Dev. response would be great. Some options to help manage all the UI clutter is really needed. Please please please!
