[Suggestion] Account based Blacklisting: stop the RMT spams

There are a lot of options:

- right click option vote mute /rmt (after a choosen number of players voted to mute the target he gets unable to send tell / yell whatever via server and later gets investigated by gm)
- right click report RMT (yeah thats what they are pretty much bringing in)
- autoblock tells / mute after a certain number of tells to DIFFERENT players)
- option to disable recieving tells from players that are not in FC / Friendlist
- tells only enabled for people that have more subscription than the first free month (should still be able to tell friendlist)

And yeah... please add more slots to blacklist or make it easier to delete ppl from it.
It kinda sucks deleting one at a time..... 199 to go... 198 to go...........

You missed: Report them and delete them when told to by a GM within 10 mins of reporting...and
STOP BUYING FROM THEM.
