Is my Rotation Good?

Okay so I just made it to endgame. I'm a BLM and my rotation is

Thunder 3> Fire 3> Fire until 300-700 MP. > Blizzard 3> repeat.

In situations where I have less than enough for Blizzard 3 I keep transpose handy but I'd rather try to use Blizzard 3 if My MP is around the threshold.

In case of Thundercloud I'll use Thunder 3 asap. Firestarter use depends on how much MP I have left meaning that if I'm at or below the threshold I'll save it for after Thunder 3.

As for Raging Strikes. Well I don't really use that because if I need that skill (which has a cooldown thrice that of the effect's duration) to bring it up to par, then my DPS already sucks and would continue to suck after the buff wears off. So I try not to use it at this point (may reconsider if endgame content has needs that exceed normal DPS limits).

AoE skills I don't know how to work out for dungeons because of that enmity thing (and I'm going for Paladin next instead of Bard so Quelling Strikes would be a while)

If your main is BLM, your priority should be to obtain the main cross class before anything else.

QS is one of them. Other than that, the topic Uninstall posted above should shed some light further on your initial question.
