I ended up being the Team Mom. I usually play a Healer on my main character, so that isn't surprising all that much. Though I have been asked to join a Jenova Server Guild by a friend of mine and to play a Thaumaturge on that server, so we shall see how much Momming I do there.

I'm a huge combination. I'm not very involved in my guild so that part doesn't really apply, but I'm a mixture of Mom, Mute, and Dragonborn. I'm almost always a Healer. I try to calm a situation before things escalate. I've gotten more than a few people who were strangers a week beforehand to completely open up about serious stuff in their life.

I don't participate in voice chat. I had a mic once, a Turtle Beach I bought for my PS3 but used for my PC. One of the earpieces broke after a 1 foot fall, and when I tried to epoxy it back on, the other one broke just by holding it. So I tossed it and haven't bought a new one. I often listen in though, and when I'm doing hard content that is new to me with a good group who has done it before, a simple call out is enough for me to get it, and I learn after the first or second time seeing a mechanic.

As for the Dragonborn part, well I'm by no means the best player, but rarely is a wipe my fault. I may cause a wipe when I'm learning something, for example I wiped twice in T5 my first time before learning it. But once I know the content, I rarely get hit. I don't run with statics in anything so I PUG a lot of stuff, and I'm usually one of the better ones at dodging and managing the mechanics.

This archetype thing is fun! It didn't seem terribly though through for all of it but in general it was pretty good!

I got Mom, but none of these really clicked with my personality. If I could mix Mom with Jerk somehow that would fit more.

Guardian on first try and then Dragonborn? I can deal with that. I mean, I'm not so good that I *consider* myself a Dragonborn, but the description kind of reminded me of my first Titan run. I'd guess my bad connection was contagious since everybody seemed to be lagging up, so I was the last one left. Somehow, maybe I was just lucky, I won the fight. Even though everybody was groaning about how they could've done more, I felt like they all deserved equal congratulations for at least helping get him down so somebody could deal the last few strikes...but I was a tank, so the last few strikes were a couple thousand instead of three. I'd consider myself more like a guardian though...maybe 80% mute, 15% guardian, and 5% dragonborn.

Like when I joined ARR in early access. I stick by my words, which were "All I want to do is help people, that's why I chose gladiator."

which is so true, except for the fact i am geared for pve, but ONLY play pvp in this game.
