Forum Signatures

Anyone got a good program on how to create forum signatures or can point me in the direction of a website?

I've never made one before. I'd love to have one for here just don't where to start.

Any direction or advice on how or where to go to create one would be greatly appreciated.

Not everyone can afford the proper tools. *I use Photoshop myself but I can't expect everyone to drop that* Nor do I publicly tell people that piracy is a thing *wink*

GIMP, there's also a program I started using recently called (get)Paint.NET that's also free. Though I was able to make my sig in the crudtastic WinPaint. Could probably do a better version in Paint.NET. Also all 3 programs should have the same basic layout. Been a while since I even touched GIMP, so not 100% on that.

it's an online editor, quite decent for simple editing.
