Why in Zeus's gaping butthole are we still dealing with Coil lockouts?!?

This system invariably forces players into "Static" groups, which I personally despise to no end, and utterly destroys FCs who's players don't always have set availability and schedules.

Here's the situation we have been battling with since the start of Coil. We have a small FC of close friends, about 12 highly active players. Each week only 8 of those 12 get to run 2nd Coil. The others... well... yeah.

So we're forced to either recruit, which is nigh-impossible since this system has already forced most players into a Static, or cycle players in which means you're always going to have players who are screwed out of running Coil for a week unless they run off and join their own Static which, imo MAKES FC'S POINTLESS!
