Vita Remote Play button config?

I'm enjoying XIV Vita Remote Play so far.

One issue I'm having is the buttons on the back touchpad- it feels awkward, especially when switching out hotbars/etc. A Reddit post mentioned the ability to have the back touchpad buttons moved to the front touchscreen corners, only I can't figure out how to configure that. Any help would be appreciated.

Anyone who has played FFXIV on PSVita, knows that it's an amazing feature for the game.... however holding the vita and actually USING it to do anything worthwhile was a pain. If you held the vita you were constantly hitting the rear touchpad by mistake and firing the L2,R2 buttons. Now as of the update today (4/30/14) by default the rear pad is disabled and the L2/R2 buttons are in the top corners of the front touch-screen and the L3/R3 are at the bottom of the touch screen.
This makes playing the game 100% better on Vita. For one, you can actually HOLD the vita now lol. Hope you guys enjoy the update!

What would have been better is if the front touchpad of the vita actually became a touchpad and we didn't have to use it as a poor substitute for a scroll pad. Would be more work I understand so if they don't want to do it I'm okay with it. However it sucks that the front touch pad doesn't act like the touch pad on the DS4 where tapping the bottom left of the pad would act as the "Select" button in conjunction with the DS3 controller. It really annoys me when I can't tab to my chat log or duty list on my vita when I touch the bottom left of the front screen but I can on the DS4.

Still a really cool feature.

Also fix the default controller configuration for the Vita. It always defaults to R3 as First-Person where on the PS4 I have that set to draw/sheathe weapon.
