It's important to note that heals generate aggro for every point that they heal on every enemy that they and/or the person they are healing is currently in combat with. Effectively, every single heal is an AoE enmity generator. AoE heals get especially bad because that's aggro for healing on 4+ targets that's getting applied to everything that's aggro'd.
Isn't it 1/2 unit of enmity generated for every 1 point of healing if target is below full HP, and 1 : 1 if target is full HP (overheal)?
