Little do you know, Frontlines may be coming out. Nonetheless, switching GC just to play with friends is a direct hindrance. First off, switching GC puts you on a 30 day CD to switch back, second off if you're 30+ or even 40 you lose access to your PvP gear for Wolves Den or any sort of Glamour that you may enjoy. Lastly, as I said 30 day to revert and switching to another FC is a measly 100,000gil that we shouldn't have to commit to.

Go, and spend some time with some botters, or people in Ilvl 55 gear commit some hours into the WD and then come make this post again. get over 2500+ games and then make this post.
