Hi, is Odin[EU] good for new player?

All servers will have their share of new and experienced players, however I think the three newest servers (Jenova, Shinryu and Zodiark) would have the largest amount of new people, as these three servers were only opened recently (with the launch of the PS4 version). I'm not sure how populated Odin is, but I'm sure you'll find people there willing to help you out if needed.

As for your second question, all classes and Jobs have a part to play in the game - LNC and DRG are 'DD' (damage dealing) classes so you might have longer to wait in Duty Finder for dungeons, but they're still very fun to play as. They're slightly more complex for a new player though, as their abilities often require the player to be facing the enemy in a certain way in order to work, but it's easy enough to pick up rather quickly.

Incidentally, after you've firstly reached level 10 in your starting class, and done the first 4 quests given by that class's Guild (in your case, the LNC's Guild), this will unlock the Armoury System which allows you change your class to any you wish (by simply equipping it's weapon or tool) - you have to unlock each class individually though by signing up at their respective Guilds before you can do that however. But the thing is, you are not locked into one class for the whole game, if you find you're not enjoying the class you started as, you're free to switch to another one.
