Story quests and side quests give a good amount of sp. And now there is a pretty decent amount in each city you can lvl that way. Also company quests give decent sp when you complete the quests. So.. if you did all these quests before sucks for you (myself). They added a few more this patch but I wish I could get my 36k or whatever sp from the final story quest!
