After installing Catalyst 4.6 Beta Driver, the game fps dropped.

I was prompted to install the latest driver by my stupid raptr thing and this is the end result. I cannot access the Catalyst Control Center anymore and FFXIV has very low fps no matter what I try. I tried uninstalling, reinstalling, and even manually deleting the ATI files from my computer. Right now, I just uninstalled the 4.6 Beta Driver altogether and downloaded the 4.4 driver instead. I do remember that my antivirus tried to delete a file from Windows\System32 after I installed the driver. But if that's the case, reinstalling should have solved the issue.

I'm lost and afraid I may have broke my computer now. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

I'd say check your anti-virus for a log file that'll tell you what file is missing, install windows 7 onto another partition and just copy the missing file over. As for your driver, uninstall it using the Revo Uninstaller Pro free trial (that way all remnants are removed) and then reinstall the last working driver.
