2- I think then adding 10 sec buff after purify that gives you 100% resist sleep, stun, CC might be the valid method. this essentially remove the abuse of applying CC just after purify immediately.
This is already in the game in the form of the re-stack reduction, 50% duration of cc on the 2nd application, 25% on the third, 0% on the 4th

If anything thats giving healers 10 seconds extra of stun-free stoneskin stacking while at the same time giving almost no buff to melee dps. At the moment you just sleep a dps, wait for him to pop purify and then you just swift cast sleep on him again, the only difference here is 10 seconds before the healer reapplies the sleep

All it serves is that it will require slightly more knowledge of the mechanics of pvp skills to get around and nothing more, i'm not really sure that will help new players get into pvp by adding more stuff that they dont initially understand

I think if they add up a system where you get lower wolf marks the more times you kill the same player in wolves den
This would have the side effect of nerfing rewards in actual scrims and during times where not alot of people are queuing so you fight the same people frequently, it would help win traders though
