So I talked to a Enix rep in the customer chat and he said that when we upgrade from PS3 to PS4 all the the info is good to go. He said it was my ports or my internet not taking priority for the PS4. Sounds so wack. Once I mentioned that I could play my character on the PC just fine, he was baffled and told me to check the port thing and mentioned they were closed and ended the chat. Has no one else had this problem to help me out? Does that port thing actually make sense?
