    Ps4 redownload ff 14

    I have a new ps4, so am I able to redownload it for free?

    Yes, if you currently own and have registered the PS3 version.

    Just so you know, it's a trade-in. By switching to the PS4 version, you'll no longer be able to play the PS3 version unless you buy and register another copy of the PS3 version.

    It depends what you mean exactly:

    1. You've had an "old" PS4 with FF XIV installed on it and now you want to re-download it to the new one. In this case just login to the same PSN account on the new PS4, got to Library on the main screen and re-download it from there (note that you cannot redownload it via PS Store).

    2. You want to upgrade for free from PS3 version as Demeos above suggested - then go to Mogstation and perform the version update there which will give you the PSN code for download. Be sure to use the same PSN account if you want to continue using your current characters.
