Howling eye hard not showing up

I have the quest to do the howling eye hard. it says for me to find it in the duty finder, but it is not there. I completed howling eye and ifrit hard, so I should be able ot see howling eye hard, but I'm not. What am I missing?

I recall you have to re-visit the entrance to unlock it in DF (same place for normal mode)

What Nicobo said is correct. You will have to revisit and attune to the Beast Tribe Aetheryte again to unlock the Hard Mode, the extreme mode also requires the same once you have accepted the quest.

Yeah, no where in the quest description does it say I have to attune to anything, so it didn't even cross my mind. When I map the quest, there is no location for the quest on the map either, further confusing me.

Oh jesus....

I found out that I had to talk to papalymo in waking sands to talk to the twin adder guy to get the garuda quest.

Thank goodness none of this was presented to me in game. I mean, I already beat garuda normal without any of this, but now for the relic quest I had to figure this out without any in game help? Complicated much, huh.
