Give me a Chocobo dungeon. :/

I could have sworn that we were getting chocobos as companions in dungeons at some point, and that it was recently brought up again in a live letter as something that was being worked on. Does this mean that the only content that we'll be able to use chocobo companions for are the limited open world options? That's pretty disappointing if that's the case.

Limited open world options that are slowly being outdated with new content.

Thanks for the request!

The development team doesn’t have any plans to add dungeons for chocobos or group content for companions at the moment.

However, lore-wise, we’ll be adding quests in patch 2.3 for chocobo raising, and you’ll be able to learn more about chocobo lore through these to build on what you can learn through the main scenario quests and companion system unlocking quests.
