Cancel World Transfer

So I'm pretty upset that I had performed a world transfer without realizing the server I was going to wasn't in my country. I had requested to have the transfer cancelled and be refunded, but I didn't get any help. Just that the GM has no power over it.

Has anyone had this issue and had it resolved?

Is there someone I can actually talk to that can resolve this if the GM's apparently can't?

Unfortunately, you cannot undo the transfer once it is performed. The only way to resolve this is to pay again. (As far as I know)
In order to ensure the new server is in your region and that you are comfortable with the community there, you can always create an alt character to check it out before deciding on the transfer.

No offense but why transfer to a world w/o any research before you actually do it?

Don't all the servers have it next to them what server type they are? They all say NA/EU/JPN or something I thought. I dont know if you can get a refund or not for that, I've never heard of someone transferring and not realising where they were going :/

Since it was not a bug, and you were not tricked or anything like that, then of course they won't undo it. How exactly did you not realise where you were going? This is the first time I've heard of such a thing......
