In my case, it is not about the network issues. I'm sure about this because my niece and I we share the internet at home, and we both are playing at Tonberry. He can play the game without any problem but I cannot. I've even try to login in my account from his computer and the result is still the same. My account cannot get through the loading screen (Error 90000), while my niece account can login without any problem at all. So I'm sure that there must be something wrong with my account.

Hmm I think your right there may be an issue with your account or client software in general. Have you tried performing a recover as Raist mentioned? Or possibly a reinstall? If your sharing the internet there may be an issue with your router. Have you tried connecting the internet directly to your PC? Do you still get disconnections? If you don't then it may be the router itself. Port forwarding I've read is a huge cause of the problems for some people. There is also a few in which the UPNP on their router isn't properly behaving. If both of you are going to play on the same network then you can't use Port Forwarding. This will only cause the data to be directed to a single IP. Instead you need to use triggered ports and make sure UPnP is working properly. If your on wireless it could be an issue with your signal. If you can provide more details we could possible figure out what's going on.
