Haha, I don't think it has.

I get spammed 10 times by 1 RMT and he logs before I can Blacklist him, So I do what everyone else does and puts busy up, though when I forget and step away, I get around 40 spams from different RMT.

I am glad they are coming out with the report thing and a filter. I still think we shouldn't have to take the time out of our playtime to blist and put busy up on our heads.
