Free Company Standings on lode stone

So I am a little confused on how the standings are calculated on lode stone for free companies. Because I've had a lot of friends that have joined the top ranked on my server. But, none of those FCs really do much other then their core group. So I was just wondering what the ranking matrix looks like to calculate the standings for each of the FCs in comparison to the other FCs on the server and across other servers. If anyone has information on this please post.

When a FC adds a player, and the player logs off, the game then calculates the player's cumulative leveling, quest and acheivement history, and assigns a point value to that FC based on the value.

Any player added in a week is calculated the same way.

Your fc could do jack squat for a week in terms of grinding out FC points, and still end up in the top 3, assuming they invited a bunch of people that week.

REALLY exploitable. Take those rankings as if they were a grain of salt. Because they are certainly not representative of FC progression, far from it.

it basically works out to activity level, the more people you have that are active and are frequently doing content the higher your ranking is. If your Fc is large and fc members are steadily doing content fates, leveling, dungeons, primals then the more points you will glean.
