I don't do Prae or CM; not even for the roulette.
Too many divas.

I think it's from experience with Camp Westwind. When that was not in DR, queues were in excess of several hours from old posts on the forum. As you said, if they took the currency out (from the DR), there would no reason other than kindness for those who have already done the story to go back. I could see a situation happening where if CM / Prae were removed from DR, the queues would skyrocket.
It's not from experience in Camp Westwind in this game, I only picked up this game recently, but from 10 years of playing mmo's and seeing how reward/time inequities turn areas into wastelands. Annoying players by not letting them play also turns things into wastelands.I think it's from experience with Camp Westwind. To those of you do not run main story roulettle,
Please know that now some 101-timers (ie.. have multiple jobs50 and 4500+hp) like to stay in CS forever,
when most fresh 50 (i.e. single job50 no sub >15 and <3000hp) in group run a lot faster than you could exepct.
IMO, when you said "i don't run main story roulette for myth..etc", do you mean you rarely run main story roulette?
If so how did you determine the latest real situation before you give your valuable comments.
The entire point of the Duty Roulette was to find a way to get people who have completed content to go back and help those who have not. Your reward for sucking it up and letting the guy finish his cinematic is extra Gil, EXP and Tomes.You can watch all your cutscenes again in your Inn room.
You need to understand that many people are doing The Praetorium as part of their dailies. They have already seen the cutscenes and want to get through the encounter. None of these people want to wait 10 minutes for you to watch cutscenes.
No, that is not true, by system design, they will be rewarded upon completion but not upon "letting the guy finish his cinematic ". ^^;
Solution is simple. Since there won't be actions taken upon disputes of cutscenes, kick the new guy just before the final bossfight.
This way, the new guy will have watched all the cutscenes and the next one he runs, he can actually experience the battles.
Please do this to another player so SE can ban you for exploiting the VK system...please since FF14 needs less players like you in it!!!!!
OP, I will say one simple statement, report the elitist players for their violation....then enjoy the knowledge that they will eithier be suspended for a period of time hence they lose RL money for their stupity, or if they do it enough they will get banned and lose over 8 months of work they put into the game and lose more money on top of that if they prepaid the game......that's all you gotta do!
not really much can be done about this. if they just created new 8-man dungens for more roulets that were at least challanging then this would not be forcing players who have been playing for almost a year to do these silly dungens with new players. new players shud not have to be paired with such players. i think the alternative is that instead of skiping ur cs u will need to wait 1 hour for duty finder to pair you with a set of people who do not wish to skip cs.
