The end game dungeons, especially Prae, have at least 10min of cutscenes (probably more if you're on a ps3 with slow load times). If SE wants to tell a story in the middle of a dungeon, they need to do it in an interactive way where you are playing while experiencing the story. Leave big cutscenes to the end of a dungeon (after the last boss) or solo content.
With that said, the problem is that you're not the ONLY paying customer. And just as much as you "will not be forced" to skip content you paid for, you have 7 others who "will not be forced" to sit around dong absolutely nothing while someone else is watching those cutscenes.
However, it's BS if they kick you just for watching cutscenes. But if they want to keep going without you, that's their choice. Just like it's your choice to watch the cutscenes.
I find it hilarious that you insist during random dungeon runs, that the majority of the group cater to the small minority that hasn't done the dungeon yet. If you want to watch the cutscenes, make your own group with your own conditions. If you use the convenience of the duty finder, you're going to have to accept that you randomly may or may not get a group that will wait for you to watch the cutscenes.
