The context is that was a response from a report filed by someone who got kicked for watching cutscenes a couple months back. It's the exact context.Took it out of context and you know SE didn't mean it that way. If someone is abusing the system by intentionally leaving themselves in a cutscene to troll people, yes that is considered harassment and can be kicked for it, not just simply watching them. If you are kicked from a DF for just playing the game it was intended to be, that isn't right. You can justify a kick in that regard if you made a PF party and specified it was a speed run with no CS's. If the player agreed before to speed run and decided to watch the CS's anyways, that is justified also.
