Remove Main scenario Roulette? So the "new" players can whine that no "veteran" wants to join them anymore? Maybe lessen the rewards so it is less tempting to tr and speedrun those.

Why? Is optional. You either join one like it is one or tick the option for unskippable cutscene and the reward increases. Well they have to do something because currently is not perfect. A lot of FF fans expect cutscenes from their FF game but sometimes they get a lot of *** from others for slowing them down. I can't blame that old player either, the one that is running the dungeon for the 100 time.

Easy fix. Different rewards for different instances. Old players doing these dungeons are after myth so you can easily lure them by adjusting reward.
