For the busy part, that is one of the reasons SWIFTCAST from THM is so important for healers and SMN.

Yes I have that as does the SCH in my static and the SMN still doesn't change the fact that there are times when you don't have time to cast raise even with swiftcast. That and there is also the MP issue.

lol, the best time to Raise with Swiftcast is when you're running out of an AoE. As was said before, if macroed, it's only one button press and can be done on the run. And that's the first time I've heard the excuse "ACN/SMN/SCH has MP issues". XD
